Roadie Bands

We know our instruments and love them. The musician in all of us needs to be let loose. This is a place for you to show off your talents other than tuning. Send us live cuts, raw tracks or any other recording of you doing YOUR thing.

What makes us roadies?

Many years ago I started playing bass for some metal bands and a fascination for the stage began. Not just the standing in front of the crowds playing, but the work it took to put that stage together. Over all of my years I have still gathered with my friends and jammed not only on bass, but drums and percussions.

A bunch of us Columbus hands started a tradition of taking over the stage after the load out, with the lights dimmed down and we would bring our guitars, our hand drums, harmonicas, whatever special little piece came to mind on your way back in. These jam sessions is really what music is made of, what we were made for.

This group is a place for you to share not only your music and bands, but any stage moments that are made by the ones who make it happen, The stage crew.

What started out as three of us sitting in the dark playing out to an empty concert venue, turned into our ANTICS. Then the offer to record a few tracks at The Basement bar was presented by two of Columbus Ohio's best sound engineers, This recording session made it possible for our first original songs 'Reflection' and 'Mad' and 'Hero', This is the AFTERMATH of our ANTICS!!!! Since that time of our ANTICS, we have come far from a couple of guitars and a cooler for drums, We went electric, added some rock hard bass beats and more drums and percussions and turned into a full band with many more songs with more passion and power!
We have since separated to follow all of our other artistic paths, but have no fear! There will always be the ANTICS.
